Our firm’s principals, David Lewis, Carolyn Baker, and associates are highly experienced professionals with well-recognized expertise in the areas of:

  • strategic planning;

  • project management;

  • training design and delivery, coaching; and,

  • professional development.

 

We have been working with government departments and agencies, industry organizations, national associations and First Nations on a number of diverse projects and assignments continuously since 1988.  

 

As a result of this experience, we have acquired an expansive knowledge of the unique operational requirements of government, non-profit organizations and First Nations.  We also understand the importance of relationships with key stakeholders and the many challenges to organizations particularly in the area of training culture and human resource development.

 

As part of our work, we have undertaken a variety of assignments including project management, conducted training needs assessments and stakeholder interviews, facilitated focus groups and designed and delivered professional development workshops.
